GENERAL: Velvet our gorgeous, playful tuxi female has now been happily homed, see photo.

Previously featured Demi and Bagheera are going to their new homes this coming weekend and Denim (the last of Silk’s litter) is being flown to Cape Town we hope next week.

Acona our now 5 month old fluffy female tortie is still available and she will be spayed shortly so homed with all vacs, rabies and sterilisation having been done.

I would love to find a foster home for Sunshine, our ginger male teenager, who has ongoing rhinitis or snuffles and congestion. He is about 9 months old, now neutered and vaccinated but in order to improve health-wise he needs to be an only cat alternatively with a cat who has been vaccinated and never had snuffles. Sunshine loves human company and would make a great companion. I would foot his vet bills going forward for anything related to his current health problems and if in foster care I would supply all meds and food. If I can found a foster home for him in the Fourways area close to me it would enable me to get him to a Vet for more tests to be done but I also believe if he is away from the other cats in the shelter he has a better chance of recovering fully.

We still have several kittens of nearly 8 weeks of age, several teenagers and many adult cats all up for adoption, both sexes, every colour and size and all rescues wanting a forever home.

Approved adoption applications and home checks apply.
Our adoption fee of R850 covers 1st vacs and boosters as well as 1st rabies, deworming, deflea, and sterilization when done by one of our nominated Vets.

Thank you to all those who have put food donations into our bin just inside the doors of our local Pick’nPay and to those handed in to Terri of Biz-X-Press.
